Our Support Groups for Family & Friends of Loved Ones with Mental Health Conditions

You’ll get support, you’ll share coping strategies, and you’ll learn practical information. All groups are led by trained volunteers with lived experience, and are safe and judgment-free environments of mutual respect.

All of our support groups are meeting online until further notice.

Family & Friends

For family members and friends of individuals with a mental illness or any mental health challenge.


This group provides opportunities to share valuable coping strategies and practical information that helps you support your loved ones experiencing mental health challenges.

Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 6:00 - 7:30pm ET

We invite you to join us five minutes before the group starts. To minimize disruption, no one will be admitted after 6:30pm.

Family & Friends of Individuals With Mood Disorders

For family members and friends of someone with a mood disorder.


This group provides opportunities to share valuable coping strategies and practical information that helps you support your loved ones experiencing mental health challenges.

Every 3rd Monday of the month from 6:30 - 8pm ET

We invite you to join us five minutes before the group starts. To minimize disruption, no one will be admitted after 7pm.

Parents

For all parents of children living with a mental health diagnosis or symptoms, regardless of the child's age.


This meeting is facilitated by parents of children with mental health needs. This group provides opportunities to share valuable coping strategies and practical information that help you support your loved ones experiencing mental health challenges.

Every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month from 1:00 - 2:30pm ET

We invite you to join us five minutes before the group starts. To minimize disruption, no one will be admitted after 1:30pm.

Siblings & Adult Children

For siblings or adult children of individuals with mental illness.


This group provides opportunities to share valuable coping strategies and practical information that helps you support your loved ones experiencing mental health challenges.

Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 6:00 - 7:30pm ET

We invite you to join us five minutes before the group starts. To minimize disruption, no one will be admitted after 6:30pm.

Wellness Chats

A place for anyone who needs to connect.


Share how you’re handling life these days – your wellness, your mood, the good, the not-so-good, and the in-between. Share how you’re coping and dealing with anxiety during these challenging times. We are still physically distant, but we can still connect.

Every Friday from 1:00 - 2:00pm ET

We invite you to join us five minutes before the group starts. To minimize disruption, no one will be admitted after 1:30pm.

      Mood disorders include: major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder (mania – euphoric, hyperactive, over inflated ego, unrealistic optimism), persistent depressive disorder (long lasting low grade depression), cyclothymia (a mild form of bipolar disorder), and SAD (seasonal affective disorder).
